Account and data deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your PairQueue account or specific PairQueue data.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@pairqueue.app from the email address connected to your PairQueue account.
- Use the subject line PairQueue account deletion request.
- Tell us whether you want your full account deleted or only specific data deleted.
We may ask for additional verification before processing a request so that we do not delete the wrong account.
Data deleted with an account deletion request
When we complete an account deletion request, we delete or anonymize PairQueue data associated with your account where legally and technically possible, including:
- account profile details, preferences, and beta access status;
- ride planning details, selected parks, ride interests, availability, and match/session records;
- support requests, app issue reports, and rider report metadata where retention is not required for safety or legal reasons;
- device registration records used for PairQueue notifications and app operation.
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained after deletion when needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, dispute, or safety reasons. This may include payment metadata, abuse-prevention records, moderation history, security logs, backup copies, and de-identified or aggregated analytics.
Backup copies are removed through normal backup rotation. We generally aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days unless additional verification, legal, security, or technical requirements apply.
Partial data deletion requests
You can also request deletion of specific PairQueue data without deleting your account. Email privacy@pairqueue.app with the subject line PairQueue data deletion request and describe the data you want deleted.
