Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 26, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how PairQueue collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, applications, beta programs, ride-matching tools, planning tools, communications, and related services.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, username, authentication details, profile details, and preferences.
- Ride and planning information: selected parks, ride interests, trip dates, ride windows, pass type, group size, ride style, availability, match requests, confirmations, reliability signals, and session status.
- Location-related information: approximate location or park-area signals if you enable location features. PairQueue is designed not to share exact live GPS with other users by default.
- Communications and safety reports: messages, support requests, reports, blocked users, moderation records, and related metadata.
- Payment information: if paid features are enabled, payment processors may collect billing details. We generally receive limited payment metadata, not full card numbers.

3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve PairQueue, including to:
- match riders by ride, timing, pass type, ride style, reliability, and other compatibility signals;
- support planned ride windows, day-of confirmations, temporary sessions, notifications, and user preferences;
- maintain reliability scores, badges, beta access, and account status;
- detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, spam, abuse, safety issues, policy violations, and security incidents;
- provide support, process requests, troubleshoot bugs, and communicate service updates;
- analyze usage, improve product design, and test beta features;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information in these limited ways:
- With other users: information needed for matching and ride sessions, such as display name, selected ride, pass type, ride style, reliability indicators, status badges, and agreed meet point.
- With service providers: hosting, analytics, payments, notifications, email, security, customer support, and similar vendors that help us operate PairQueue.
- For safety and legal reasons: if needed to comply with law, enforce our Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Location and Meet Points
PairQueue may use location signals to help determine whether riders are in the same park or near a ride area. We design ride sessions around public meet points such as ride entrances. We do not require users to share exact live GPS with other users by default.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and analytics tools to operate the website, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, and measure beta interest. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect functionality.
7. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with law, and enforce agreements. Temporary ride-session data may be retained for a limited period for safety, abuse prevention, reliability scoring, and support.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will always remain secure.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also request account deletion or update preferences. Contact us at privacy@pairqueue.app.
